Personality Attribute Selection for Long-Term and Employment Relationships DESCRIPTION OF THE STUDY: This study aims to investigate which personality attributes individuals use when selecting other individuals for long-term romantic and employment relationships. Participants will be asked to identify which personality attributes they consider important when making decisions. This survey is estimated to take no longer than 30 minutes.                                                                                                          PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK: Based on your responses, you will receive feedback on which character from the tv show The Office you would most like to work with and which character from the tv show Friends you would most want to date. CONFIDENTIALITY: The data collection will not include any identifying information for non-students and IP addresses will not be tracked or recorded in any form.
